Terms and Conditions of Sale
By placing an order through CreativeCakes.ie, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
1. Orders
All cake orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
Custom cakes must be ordered with sufficient notice, as indicated on our product pages or discussed during order confirmation.
Once your order is confirmed, any changes must be requested as soon as possible. Changes are not guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
2. Booking, Pricing & Payment
To secure your booking, a deposit or full payment is required at the time of ordering.
The required deposit amount will be confirmed during the order process. The remaining balance (if applicable) must be paid by the due date provided.
All prices are listed in Euro (€) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as listed at checkout.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
All payments (including deposits and full payments) are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you need to cancel or postpone your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We may offer to reschedule your order to a new date, subject to availability. This is not guaranteed and will depend on our schedule at the time of the request.
Custom or personalised cakes cannot be refunded under any circumstances once work has begun or materials have been purchased.
4. Delivery & Collection
Delivery is available at an extra cost and is subject to availability. Please contact us in advance to confirm availability for your preferred date and location.
All delivery arrangements must be confirmed ahead of time. We may not be able to accommodate last-minute delivery requests.
Customers must ensure someone is present to receive the delivery at the agreed time and location. Missed deliveries may result in additional charges.
Cakes can also be collected from our premises at the agreed time. Once collected, the customer assumes full responsibility for the safe transport and handling of the cake.
5. Allergens & Dietary Requirements
Our cakes may contain allergens including (but not limited to): eggs, dairy, gluten, nuts, and soy.
It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions before placing your order. While we do our best to accommodate, all cakes are made in a kitchen that handles allergens.
6. Liability
Once a cake is collected or delivered, we are not liable for any damage that occurs during transport, handling, or storage.
